superb hotel experience
village center free shuttle ski storage
the hotel's location is great, right in the village center. the free shuttle service to the ski lift was very convenient. i found the ski and boot storage area well-organized and practical, the staff were great.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was an issue. It impacted the comfort level.

juliette at reception was amazing and always ready to help. restaurant bookings were handled efficiently. the team was generally cute with constant smiles, which really made a difference.

The family suite had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. two full bathrooms and one toilet were included. the room provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. It was very well-equipped.

I ordered pastries. They were ready for collection at 7.30am. the burger joint la canette is nearby. It is recommendable. it provided a good alternative for quick meals.

The spa area includes a pool, jacuzzi, and two saunas. there is also a cinema room. underground parking is offered. the hotel hosts a weekly jazz performance!

excellent stay
amazing staff helpful questions sunny dog
the staff were amazing. juliette was always available to help with any questions. she also helped with restaurant bookings. the manager's dog, petula, brought a little ray of sunshine.
the hair dryers were tricky to use.

the apartment was spacious. it was also well equipped. two bathrooms are included and there is also a separate toilet room. there is also a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances.

The hotel has a cool atmosphere and is new and clean.
I thought I booked an apartment. I booked a suite and it was quite expensive. It did not meet my needs.

the shuttle service to the skilift was acceptable. it ran frequently.
my room lacked proper air conditioning. a strange odor lingered in the elevators. it smelled like sewage.

The hotel location in the village center was quite convenient.
The breakfast was overpriced at 20 euros and the hot food was consistently cold. I ended up eating elsewhere or just buying croissants for my room.

various eatery underground parking noisy laundry bad breakfast
the hotel is very close to various eateries. the spa area has a pool and a jacuzzi. it is perfect for relax. the underground parking is useful.
i thought i booked an apartment, but i booked a suite. the suite was below the hotel laundry room. the bed side light fitting fell off. the breakfast was bad, hot food WAS cold.
